WYC Membership Application

Membership Types:

          Active Membership: $250.00  

                  Initiation Fee: $250.00*

                 *Waived for 2008 for Spitzer Marina's Dockers, HarborWalk Residents, & I-LYA Card Holders.

Any person over twenty-one (21) years of age shall be eligible for Active Membership.

a. If so accepted by the Board, he/she shall be entitled to vote, hold office, he/she & immediate family will enjoy all facilities of the Club and obtain docking privileges at any facility operated by the Club, the I-LYA and/or other reciprocal privileges shared with the Club.

b. No person other than an Active member may vote or become an Officer of the Club.

         Social Membership: $75.00 per card holder 

Any person 21 years of age or older, shall be eligible for Social Membership if accepted for such status by the Board.

a.  It shall be necessary for a majority acceptance vote of the Board members in attendance at any official Club meeting, in order for the applicant(s) to be accepted for Social membership.

b. All Social membership(s) shall be applied for annually.  It shall be necessary for a majority acceptance vote of the Board members in attendance at any official Club meeting, in order for the applicant(s) to be accepted for Social membership.

c. Social members may not: hold office; have any voice in the Club affairs nor be entitled to any special docking privilege.

d. A Social Member shall be entitled to use of the Club restaurant, bar, and deck.

e. A Social Member shall be issued a “Social” membership card upon acceptance.

f.  A Social Membership is specific and granted for that individual only and does not authorize that individual to bring guests into the Clubhouse.
